Return & Refund Policy

At Ankh MedSpa, we are dedicated to providing high-quality beauty and skincare solutions. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns (Hygiene & Safety)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unopened & Sealed: The product must be in its original packaging with the safety seal intact.

  • Unused: Due to strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on active skincare products (serums, creams, cleansers, peels) that have been opened, unsealed, or tested.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or order number.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at ankhmedspa@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. We utilize major carriers (such as UPS or USPS) to ensure your return is tracked safely.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is:

  • Defective (e.g., broken pump, damaged jar)

  • Damaged during shipping

  • The wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Allergic Reactions

We understand that everyone’s skin is different. However, we cannot accept returns on opened products due to skin sensitivity or allergic reactions. We recommend consulting with our professionals before purchasing medical-grade skincare to ensure it is the right fit for your skin type.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Skincare: Any product with a broken seal.

  • Personal Care Tools: Rollers, brushes, or applicators that have been removed from packaging.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
