No. Start with your questions. If you want to explore first, visit our skin care consultation page or browse all services. Booking the introductory consultation does not commit you to treatment.
What should I prepare for my consultation?
Bring your goals and questions about service options, suitability, preparation, follow-up and separately quoted costs. Discuss personal health details privately with your clinician, following the secure instructions for your appointment.

Is a treatment suitable for every skin type?
Suitability must be assessed individually. Discuss your skin and health history, alternatives, risks and expectations with your clinician.
How do I find out what a service will cost?
Services are assessed individually and priced separately. Ask about the proposed plan and its quoted cost before deciding. The free online consultation is not a treatment appointment, and a listed service is not a guarantee of suitability.

Membership questions
How do Ritual, Radiance and Sovereign differ?
Ritual focuses on facials and a consistent skin-care routine. Radiance supports more focused skin and aesthetic planning. Sovereign supports a broader combination of aesthetic and wellness care.
The three levels provide different monthly service-credit amounts. Your available credit can support a personalized combination of services; these care focuses are not fixed included-treatment packages. Compare the three levels and review their terms, then use the Join button on your chosen plan to enroll.
Does booking enroll me in a membership?
No. Booking a consultation does not start a subscription or commit you to a treatment.
Are memberships available to purchase online?
Yes. Compare Ritual, Radiance and Sovereign memberships, review the membership terms, and use the Join button on your chosen level. Memberships renew monthly until canceled. Each confirmed successful payment provides matching service credit, added by our team after confirming payment. Services are priced separately.
What does a membership include?
Each confirmed successful monthly payment provides matching service credit. Services are priced separately. No fixed procedures, bonus credit or discounts are included.
How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Sign in to your customer account and choose Manage memberships. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to stop future renewals. There is no minimum membership term.

When is my service credit added?
Our team adds matching Ankh MedSpa service credit after confirming each successful monthly payment. Failed payments do not earn credit. Services are priced separately.
Does unused credit expire if I cancel?
Unused paid service credit rolls over, does not expire, and remains available after cancellation. It cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Review the full membership terms.

What are your listed appointment hours?
Our listed hours are Wednesday–Friday, 5:30–9 PM, and Saturday–Sunday, 8 AM–8 PM, Eastern Time. Check Calendly for available consultation times.
